Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped direct from our factory in Dunedin, New Zealand and will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed. During periods of high demand it may take an additional 1-2 business days. If for some reason we're not able to meet this timeframe, then we aim to make contact with the customer within this time period to let them know of any potential delays.

Orders are shipped via FedEx and tracking will be provided once an order is ready to collect.

Any delays due to customs or couriers once parcels have left New Zealand, are beyond our control and whilst we do our best to ensure delivery is within the given time frame we are not liable for any delays that are out of our control. If you should refuse the parcel, Eiderdown will not refund the original shipping charges, nor pay for any shipping costs associated with returning the parcel.

PO Boxes: Delivery to PO Boxes is available via a combination of FedEx and Aus Post. FedEx do not deliver directly to PO Boxes so they hand the parcel over to Aus Post to complete the shipment. This process may add 1-2 business days onto the standard shipping timeframe.
